All net expenses of additional cardholders are charged to the expenses of the primary business card holder, provided they are linked to the same aeroplan account. All earned guest passports are deposited up to 2 weeks after the cardholder`s renewal year.

    Each guest passport expires twelve (12) months from the date of issue. A guest passport may be used for the single entry by the primary business card owner, additional cardholders or any customer accompanying one of them, access to a Canada Maple Leaf Lounge air (as shown below), and a confirmed ticket on the same day for a flight operated by Air Canada, Air Canada Rouge or under the Air Canada Express brand. Air Canada Maple Leaf lounges are limited to Maple Leaf lounges in Canada and the United States and exclude Air Canada Maple Leaf international lounges located in international departure areas of Canadian airports. Access also excludes Air Canada suites and lounges that are operated by third parties, such as Star Alliance member airlines. All customers entering an Air Canada Maple Leaf lounge with a guest passport must be accompanied by the primary business card holder or an additional cardholder.
